Re: What are you reading right now?

Just read Robinson Crusoe. For some reason I had never read it before.
Now, I am on to Dune.

Re: Campaign Error. Help me!!

Is it case-sensitive? Your error is looking for 04_ambush_by_stranger, but your config file is 04_Ambush_by_stranger

Re: Anyone seen the epic Wimbledon match?

No delay. No day off. He had to play in the second round and was soundly defeated. He must have been exhausted.

Re: Anyone seen the epic Wimbledon match?

Wow, it is finally over with the American winning the last set 70-68. The downside is he will probably lose in his next match due to being exhausted.

Re: Valkiers portraits: WSAS rebirthing NR

My only nitpick is that he is holding his bow oddly. Either his left hand should be flipped so the palm side faces the viewer. or the string needs to be moved behind his arm. I agree. If we are seeing the top of the bow, then we should see the palm side of the hand, but it should be on the other si...

Re: How do you win with Steelhive?

I know Zerovirus was doing the art for Steelhive, but I can't remember if it is him or someone else who is the maintainer of that add-on era.

There are some females that come around every now and again. Kitty is one, for example.

I'm male, by the way.

Re: Cancelling order of unit if ennemi appears

But sometimes moving your units one hex at a time can get really tedious. Especially with a large army with a lot of ground to cover.

I like this idea. It is similar to what happens when you discover friendly or enemy units. The game notifies and asks you to press a key to continue.

Re: Friendly units walking over each other?

Remember, hexes can be miles across, so the units are not literally stepping on each other. But more importantly, this would change the gameplay a lot. It would make retreating units more difficult and may cause big problems near chokepoints. You might be able to do this in WML already, but I can al...

Re: Khalifate facelift: final tweaks in progress

Well, it kind of looks like a tiny bow now. Like maybe a child's bow or something.
We should only see maybe half or less of the bow.
Look at Sleepwalker's post a couple above yours. The first unit of the three has a bow in much the same position as yours.

Re: Valkiers portraits: I assure you, we are open

The stitching is holding it together. It may have done it itself or had an undead comrade do it. This seems perfectly okay to me.

Re: Hey all, newbie here hoping to contribute!

Wowee. Speaking for the peanut gallery, we look forward to seeing more from you.
You may want to find some mainline units still in need of portraits or in need of updated portraits and try your hand at those.

:hmm: I wonder if any undead portraits need doing.

Didn't notice catwhowalksbyhimself's post. I think talent is a good answer from Midnight_Carnival, although it might not be right.
