Re: What is everyone's favorite movie at the moment?

Whenever anyone asks me this question, I think really hard, but cannot deny the truth... SHREK! And Shrek 2 is equally epic. Jennifer Saunders is awesome. I'm such a child really. Nah, you ain't a child in any way. I still consider Shrek 1 & 3 to be epic and extremely funny, so why not? XD Madagasc...

Re: The User Art Topic

Phew, I should have taken your warnings seriously. Well, after meddling with my linux to finally accept the tablet, I encountered two major problems so far: 1) I really have to get used to this new style of input device. The handling is quite... unusual to me. 2) After I made some progress on contr...

Re: What is everyone's favorite movie at the moment?

Well, I'm looking forward to see Ice Age 3 and Up, but I don't have a real favorite one unless we talk about cartoons (both 2d and 3d). XD Wall-E was great IMO, though, as most of Disney-Pixar's movies as well. When I go to the cinema I want to see something that relaxes me and that makes me laugh.....

Re: Campaign: An Ordinary Adventure

Hey there! I'm back to announce that only the final scenario (A and B) is left for the coding. Yay ^^ Until now, every event is flowing on like a river and bugs/problems are unexistant. Still going to modify a bit scenario #6, but it's just a minor detail. The next release on the add-on server will ...

Re: The User Art Topic

Trust me... don't. XD
Or at least, save your work before doing it. When you render the SVG file, if there are some blank text spaces they appear black in the final image.
Use the XML editor in Inkscape to eliminate the text codes.

I'll let you try how to use them, though. Good luuuuck! :lol2:

Eheh... in fact I made the second because I was bored and kind of angry, too :P
You know, dealing with fonts in Inkscape is nearly impossible if you don't know you to put them at a first glance...

Re: The User Art Topic

First things first... this thread is godly XD Here're two wallpapers that I made today, both done with Inkscape: 1) Kind of an abstract sky with a swarm of bird-like shapes heading for the spiral in the centre. (Res. 1920x1080) http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/5484/wallpaper1920x1080m.th.jpg 2) Very...

Re: My avatar

Sure, maybe I wasn't that clear before. Wesnoth-style is referred to the avatar size which is the standard Wesnoth units' size (72 x 72), but other than that, there's no Wesnoth reference. Plus, I know I can't use copyrighted material in Wesnoth (not personal use, of course), but I just wanted some ...

My avatar

What do you think of my avatar?
It's my first attempt in creating a wesnoth-like unit entirely in pixel-art and from scratch.
The "unit" is the Dragoon Knight Kain, from Final Fantasy II (or IV in Japan).
