Re: A freely modifiable wesnoth boardgame

Please give me some time.I've installed a new OS on my comp and thus lost all files, including wesnoth.I've got to:
correct some things in the rulebook
add more units.
This will take some time,so please don't think this will be dead now.

Re: A freely modifiable wesnoth boardgame

The mana is due to balancing issues and the units are not balanced. And it's only the alpha version,as noted.

Re: A freely modifiable wesnoth boardgame

You can use mana or not it's fully depending on you,but then you must remove one of the two spells that mages have. And with added mana mages aren't endless powerfull weapons(which they are in BfW).

Re: Art for Elves/Dwarves Factions: Welkin

I think the Solar Empirean doesn't look good.(Maybe it's the ground image of the vampires faction)Maybe using this as base could be?

Re: Dad of newbies..help!

i'm having problems making a campaign too.Take an abondoned campaign and update it to 1.5(which is the same like 1.6)and make a server.pbl.The wiki info han't helped out fully,so take other campaigns to check your WML.Look at ImagesWML.

Re: Dad of newbies..help!

The way I learned WML was trough manipulating things and lurking into nearly all files in the folders inside BfW. :) Maybe it'll work out for you?

Re: Siege of Soradoc

clearly the second.btw,I got to the end with a bit of cheating(enemy's gold). I like the Level 0s,but they are I think under-or overpowered(maybe giving the Nobleman "inspires"could work?).
