Re: Outsider Art for Bad Moon Rising

That image is also deceptive. Here is the same swimmer (Tara Kirk) from a variety of angles http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:YNiCmbUhcZEn8M:http://www.notinat.com.es/images/noticies/Image/2007-06/TaraKirk003.JPG http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:Y0KqNzIygHF6NM:http://blog.seattletimes.nwsource.co...

Re: Outsider Art for Bad Moon Rising

Even if you no longer edit these, I'm going to offer some criticism on your swimmer, because I've noticed that the issues with it are somewhat constant on your darker portraits. The main problem is that there is way too little contrast in its shading. Below is the swimmer compared to the orcish gru...

Re: Outsider Art for Bad Moon Rising

its been a while since you posted it, but if its still open for crit I do think your female swimmer is way too buff. She looks has the musculature of a very strong man, and that simply is not the way girls look, even athletic ones.

Re: Dead Water going mainline. Artwork needed!

I realize that the cuttlefish is close to being committed, so if you dont want to work on it anymore thats totally understandable. But I will say that I think your new texturing approach is a vast improvement and it might not hurt to apply some of the same techniques to your lower level sprite as we...

Re: Orc Portrait Series

Great work, as usual.

Re: Majors Art

more differentiation between level 2 and level 1. They have different poses and weapons, but if you put them side by side I would be hard-pressed to tell you which one was supposed to be the level 2. It should always be clear what units are the higher level ones in a tree

I would definitely try it on the other side (maybe just do a rough sketch rather then detailing it to see how the form looks).

Re: Wesnoth Tactics: Strategical Cardgame

looks fun, I might look about getting involved at some point if I find some free time.

I used to be huge on MTG and dabbled in DBZ and some of the other card games back in the day.

Re: Mermen Attack Animation

The way his tail stretches seems really un-natural to me. It looks too long and thing and straight when fully extended, and it still looks really stationary compared to the body
