Re: Going back to the old Dummy image.

Turuk: I'm not sure what the image represents. It was a joke based on the Black Knight from Monty Python, he's a skilled pogo master. But I digress. That would explian why I didn't get the joke as I've only seen a few of the shorter clips. I'm not really one for 'british' comedey  Honestly, I ...

Re: Going back to the old Dummy image.

Honestly, I don't care how it works, I figured TSR wanted a swinging motion. I can still draw up a spining motion too that fine.

Turuk: I'm not sure what the image represents.

Dixie: I am not done with the Atack Animation, I just had an idea :P

Re: Going back to the old Dummy image.

Ok. I had an idea for the movment anim. What if he sprouted two stick legs and ran with them? It may sound stupid. Or I could do a pogo stick kinda movment. Which would be better?

Re: Going back to the old Dummy image.

Is this more of an idea you were looking for. I'll probably redraw the movement so they aren't looking copy pasted.

Re: Going back to the old Dummy image.

No problem, I'm gonna work on it (jetrels) but it's getting very late and I need some sleep. I'll post the frames tommorow when i get time. do you still want the 2 frame windmill motion, or a bendy stick type?

Going back to the old Dummy image.

A while ago I had attempted to make a new dummy image to replace the old one, which I belive is still in use. However I was unable to complete it. Here's a sketch I just made up tonight. Is it still going to be replaced and, can I continue on with it? If not please just lock this thread.

Re: What is the appeal of a rogue-like game?

Dwarf Fortress is certainly on of the more interesting rougelikes (although I wouldn't call it that). Think of it as a combination between minecraft(it was bassed partially on DF), Angband, and Age of Empires (if that makes sense). Personally I'm a huge MUD player and play lots of Miriani (which is ...

Any Good MIDI Programs for Ubuntu [saucy] Available?

I just recently purchased a (now) very popular midi controller called the YouRockGuitar for synthesizer, and I figured I'd just use it for some garage jams with my buddies, but after thinking for a while, I thought, hey why not do some compositions with it while I'm at it. I'm looking though to fill...

Re: Reworking Apocalypse Era, some lore and ideas.

Steampunk is already going to be used, but mainly as a backdrop in sevaral of the scenarios. I've not put it on paper but, I've imagined some pieces of perhaps chaos, or shaxal, or urian/yechnagothian, or entirely different cultural technology that was left from empires past. They would be large tow...

Re: Perseo's Tries (some spriting)

The hand drawn image looks better, now you can try to trace the lines with digital and fill in that way.
