Aha..so basically this confirms that the ONLY way to change AMLAS is trough a new unit type? I guess this isn't an issue for a custom hero unit, but when a hero can be a dozen different unit types, making a dozen variations just for advancement is meh. The campaign loaded, but no unit changes happened. This was either because the code was in the [modification]block and didn't load, or because it was outside of the [campaign] block "Units" and "Unit types" aren't the same thing. If you want to make a new unit type then yes you need to give it an id...

And I meant to ask, at what point of the campaign are you making the changes and adding those missions? Can I continue playing up to some point and wait for the changes? Well, I made 2 new missions but I decided to scrap one of those. The other should be between the final one and the one before it....

Core units are loaded first, then your campaign units are added when you start the campaign. It sounds like you used the same type ID's as the core units. I overriden all spellcasters so only they can get STRONG_WILLED.
Only humans and orcs should be able to get the BRAWLER
