Here's one of my concepts.

If you can't read the spider's trail, it's basically three saurian skeletons attached to a human skull by their tails.

It actually kinda reminds me of heraldry.

Ooh, i soulda said this earlier before you started actually animated it, but a good alternative would be for him to reach down and hang it on his belt thing next to the pouch. Or maybe even just put it into hammerspace behind his back where there is presumably a rack on the quiver for this very purp...

I forgot to mention, one of the directions that i was thinking about going with those gunner units was to change their spear+gun arsenal to something like pole cannons (like the one here: pole cannon ) with bayonets on them. Effectively combining the spear and gun into a single weapon. It would prob...

You might be able to shoehorn in some tc at the bottom of the javelin quiver, first thought was to put it along the rim at the top, but it would probably mix up with the headband.

Hmm, the new dark knight seems a little too bunched-up. I think it would help if you raised his head a little bit, right now it's kinda sunken. Also, i think the sword is a bit too big and heavy-looking right now, the same sword as the invader has should suffice.

Yep, likin' the new invader sprite. Good job keeping the feel of the original sprite. You might want to do something with his left arm (the one without the sword) as right now it looks like some sort of armored caterpillar sticking out of his sleeve.

The end of the stock of the crossbowman's crossbow looks kinda odd. The wood grain texture and the lighter color are in a strange contrast with stuff around it, causing the eye to wander right over to it. I also think that something in the hands of an orc wouldn't stay that clean and shiny for very ...

The lower part of the spear is missing from the flanker bob animation, i doubt he'd hold it at he exact base of the spear.
