And therein lies the problem. In Wesnoth, both swords and surgical tools are "blade". OK, so Wesnoth has no surgical tools, but blade still covers a very wide range of weapon types, from bat bites and throwing knives to axes and greatswords. I really like this idea, it'd make a sort of FFA but with democracy. I do think that you should only be allowed a certain amount of allies per game, like in a 4p game you could only ally with one person.

Okay, so nobody read that... I guess we could give shamans 80% resistance to impact, since WINR. But then again I'm just being ridiculous. The reason I am complaining is because Undead mirror matches turn out to be ranged versus melee, my skeleton cuts your adepts heart out, and promptly gets shado...

The point is that a bladed weapon would not be as effective against a skeletal opponent as a normal once, hence the resistance. As a sort of balance for that, skeletons being frail, and having a few critical points that the destruction of would dissable them, skeloton units have low hp. Refresh my ...
