I thought it was supposed to be a tarantula; maybe it could be a Giant Tarantula, as opposed to a Cave Spider; no web attacks, but faster than a normal one (most tarantulas chase their prey instead of catching it in a web)? If so, it should indeed sit kind of low to the ground, and would be quite fu...

It's a spider the size of a horse. It's supposed to be a little creepy. xD To see my units in-game, I just put them in place of existing units; i.e. go to Wesnoth/images/units/monsters, rename the current cavespider, and put yours in its place. I think they'd show up just fine in a cave, but you mig...

Looks very nice; the current one seems a little cartoony to me, and yours is much more realistic, and therefore more creepy. However, it's a little dark -- try putting it in game and checking if it shows up well on all backgrounds -- and the mandibles seem very straight, you might want to curve them...

Did the Weaver last night; main thing of which I am unsure is the bow; any suggestions? Also dumped all the sprites in the first post and changed the thread title to more accurately describe what's in here. Horses are underway, I assume they should go in a separate thread once complete. Edit: just r...

The wyrm looks like a Chinese-style dragon... they're famous for weather control, so it could have a cold-based breath attack, some form of lightning, or maybe some kind of holy attack -- those are in pretty short supply, and would fit just fine here. Edit: Also, I believe somebody mentioned traps; ...

Well, I have a 10 page paper to write, well, today, so I'll try and do some horse type stuff over the weekend. As for the Windsong... I'm temporarily out of creativity, so animating random stuff might be the best thing for a bit; I'll make the other units and a faction for them over Thanksgiving bre...

Well, it took in the neighborhood of 10 complete redraws, but I finally finished the Gatekeeper. No freaky hairpin (kazashi?) on this one, since the Gatekeepers are more allies of the Windsong than members thereof, but I suppose one could be added if you think it'd look better. As a unit, the Gateke...

...no smoking or guns allowed. I knew there was a catch. <eats cookie suspiciously> I'll start working on the Gatekeeper; maybe I'll actually learn how to draw armor. It'd be cool to make this an entire faction, but I have all the determination and focus of an 8 year old lobotomy patient on a sugar...

Anti-aliased, as per Sangel's suggestion, along with a TC fix I didn't know I needed. I'll probably make a new unit tomorrow... unless my will fails and I decide my homework can wait, in which case probably tonight, eh heh heh... Any suggestions as to which of the three remaining ones I should do fi...
