Flight to Freedom can be a terribly difficult campaign at times. It is not, however, impossible. I'm not the world's best player, but I have managed my way through the entire campaign. If that's true, then the wiki is wrong: user_description: (translatable) displayed as a message of the image. It looks like this solved it; everything loads properly now. Thank you.

So, "find_vacant" is depreciated, and been replaced with "placement=leader." Why hasn't this caused dozens of problems already? Can I have been the first person to notice?
