I know, but, surviving 15 turns is like...crap....

Anyone who has survived longer can give some tips here?

(If only I had my mages of light, this scenario's a piece of cake.)

The South Guard - Pebbles in the Flood

Any tips on how to win?

I have recruited only thugs, placed them on high ground making a solid ZOC wall, used Gerrick's leadership and even leveled up a HI but I still lose out at turn 15 - 17 everytime I play.

Can anyone help?

Footpad + Ulfserker (14 + 19 = 33)

VS

Adept + Skeleton (16 + 15 = 31)

well as you can see these two taskforces cost approximately the same, any ideas on how to win in the side caves?
There are more units to recruit than these two sets of units.

I think it was 0.7.x, I don't really remember, but what I remembered was that the HttT has scenarios only until The Elvish Council. Back then, I never tried the multiplayer...Now its definitely much more fun than last time

On my first time using linux, I found this game in the games list. I was then a fan of Age of Empires. My dad told me this game's something like it, but nicer. I really liked it since then =)

Considering that this is your first time fighting dwarves, you were great!

Although I think the dwarves probably don't know the use of what they call 'gryphons'

Perhaps the drakes' low defense and their weakness to pierce are the reason s why they get pawned by the thunderers.

Isn't it unfair when the devs are using hax against us? C'mon devs, play a free and fair game =) If you keep on whining about not liking the devs haxing luck in Wesnoth, you can always write your own TBS game where devs aren't allowed to cheat. Until then, stop whining. Relax dude, that wasn't mean...

Re: Clearing the Mines help needed

BTW, does it seem odd that a dwarf would have better defense on a cave floor than a stone road? Especially since it seems like the dwarves BUILT that road. Just checking/whining.... No it doesn't. Since the road is somewhat flat, it must have been counted as grasslands too. Dwarves are short, and t...

The only thing that bothers me about loyalists fighting the dwarves is that their cavalry and HI cannot cross the mountains. This is the tricky part, especially if the map has lots of mountains. You're gonna need to fight with only your spearmen, mages, fencers and bowmen then.

Want to know why thunderers pawn drakes?

Since drakes are somewhat connected to dragons, they can be classified as 'small dragons'

Remember the lvl 3 form of thunderers? You're right. Dwarvish Dragonguard
