But wouldn't it solve the problem if unstore_unit and teleport just checked that? In the same way unstore_unit finds vacant hexes if the target hex is occupied? I think we would need some new functionality (like a new tag), with which one could assess whether a location can be moved to (or something similar), but IMHO this would be in the realm of bloating WML for purposes it was never meant to be used for... I haven't looked close in it, will do that late...
