Impact If we look at 1st level drake units, only Glider & Augur got impact damage. Augur has 4-2, and Glider 6-2. I definitely get Glider when I facing some skeletons. This is very unbalancing to give Wose trait with extra move. IMHO, this is a reason not to apply usual traits to Wose.

Could be the horseman (most hp) Horseman has bad resistance. So horseman is not the best unit to leave in your first row anyway. I also had this problem. Seems this always happen when ghost uses ranged attack.
I beg developers to quick-patch it, if possible.
