Whoah...

I thought, that by this time Steppers shall be ready. But you made a big progress since the last time. I haven't been here for some time, and still I wait for this faction to be done.

Months ago I converted Neorice's saurians into mini-faction - if you still ned them, I'll look for them. Note, that it is moreless faction sketch, totally unbalanced.

Yeti looks good to me. Disproportion is understandable for some, and flaw to others. Personally, I'm not so much inclined to thinking "if these legs could hold the upper body". Indeed, they are a bit too small, but Yeti has gained some toughness in the picture. BTW, welcome back to all. Wesnoth is l...

It's the old-school way.

It's not about attracting new players. If there are people, who shed a tear, when see, that TBS are dying out, they are bound to find Wesnoth. Its their task, not the devs one.

The first step to play Wesnoth is to find it. The second is to master it.

It's not a challenge to win the battle, when you are the better player. Without randomness, it would be even a bit boring. Randomness forces the player to win not only against the strategy of the other player, but also against indeterminate factors, that are incalculable. It is possible, that carefu...

Finally! I couldn't wait, Zhukov. Day, when you will finish Steppeers will be the day I will back to Wesnoth(for now, I'm only forum-crawler, with no time to do anything else here). Progress is more than noticeable. BTW, Eternal-Zhukov combo would be devastating and would elevate Steppe Orcs to high...

Re: Favored Faction?

-What(and why) is your favored faction? Official - Loyalists They are excellently versatile, they can mount cheap cannon fodder spearman tactics, that are excellent as defenders and advancing line troops as well as thunderous and devastating horsemen charges. Fencers and Heavy Infantrymen are just w...
