That's #1 of a series of problems that come with frankensteining. Or does it highlight a problem with the existing art? Since all units face the same way, presumably the lighting should be the same for all of them? I don't think that's so much a problem, since the units can face different direction...

All people in the world know that a 72x72 sprite would look horrible in a 300x300 or more size. The main problem here is to make all the art in 3d. I can do 3d models. But I can't animate or texture. Even if you could model, texture and animate darn well, it would be an amount of work that you neve...

It doesn't look bad, but look at his hands, he seems to not hold correctly the pole. You may also want to put something sharp at the pole. Also the lights are wrong. In the head the light comes form right and in his legs to light comes from left. That's #1 of a series of problems that come with fra...
