I believe the info gets brighter as it is higher/closer to max. I think the type of info should be bright, as it was done.

Well...

For me, binary saves must be turnes off for level two. This goes for both 1.0.1, and 1.0.2.

Simple enough. Copy a units cfg file, change the level to 100, add leadership, rename it and stick it back in the units directory. Then you have to create a scenario for it...

The only problem is, that with 96 levels difference you will have a much more powerful attack.
