Everyone you meet is another player, but you're encouraged to KILL KILL KILL. :D

I set up an account. However, there are some major bugs, such as 3 telephone poles in the starting location. Not a bug. The graphics are comparable to Urban Dead, if any of you have played that. Essentially color blocks with icons for important locales, etc. For people who need graphics to survive,...

Help beta test Nexus War!

Well, I'm an alpha tester for a browser-based online RPG game called Nexus War. In the game, you control characters who battle it out over different planes of existence in order to dictate what morality will shape the new universe. There are factional conflicts, a huge amount of skills, character cl...

I intend to sell my 2000 MTG card collection, what do y'all think I should ask for it on eBay? This includes many cards of all rarities from Portal onwards, as well as random cards from previous eras.

This campaign is without a doubt one of the best helps to newbies out there. Good work, and I suggest *everyone* should play this after the tutorial to get a grasp of Wesnoth basics.

Although your suggestion has clearly been well thought out, it violates some of the basic principles of Wesnoth, would likely be unbalanced, and seems a bit too complicated for a game like this. I suggest you read a few of the old threads on design philosophy and lurk in the Ideas board for a little...

Unfortunately, enough people would grief the system by impersonating well-known players or developers that I believe it would be largely useless as a whole.

How does not having a level 3 for a gryphon hurt your game? In general, there will be AT MOST one level 3 unit in a given multiplayer game, unless you're playing on a huge map, with 30% experience, or with Age of Heroes.

And that's very unlikely anyway.

0.5.x, I believe. Maybe a bit earlier, actually, as I still remember when the Loyalists were called the "Humans" and had only 5 different units. :P

OP, how long have you been playing? Some people have been playing for multiple years here, and to be honest most of the problems that you mention are balanced by other factors that are harder to spot without a lot of play experience.

The stable version seems to work, so I'll just use that one until a workaround is established or I finally upgrade my OS. :P
