Heh I remember this being discussed ages ago when Wesnoth was in early development and fmunoz was almost the only artist :) It would be super-swell to have this, but let's face it - it won't happen soon. Even providing the game with a set of single portraits for all the units is time consuming. Howe...

Such art is making BfW much more noticeable on the games/indie-games scene, soon it will be not only the-underdogs.org reviewing the game. Astounded. As for my critics, I would rather see Delfador more friendly-angry, than evil-cold, as he seems to be for me. That is he is more like Saruman now, as ...

HI! The biggest problems I see with your drawings is character faces. Eyes are strange (big but not even mangaish, though I wouldn't like them even if they were) and their facial expressions are bizarre. They look sad, perplexed and whatnot. I would be the most happy if you would have gone for more ...

Surely more definite lightsource would help but if she is standing in the daylight she shouldn't have many deep shadows :) I would make her more contrasted and maybe AA her a bit, mainly hair. Also you can try to define her shapes more, like her feet. But all in all it is a great and neat sprite, we...

Yes, I think that the Mage of Light should be a fairly powerful mage in combat, and so he should have some more hitpoints. Druid and Shyde should have less. Perhaps the red mage branch should have less hp, but I do think they should still have quite a few. They are meant to be powerful, after all. ...
