Re: [Mainline] A Dunefolk Campaign
Hello! Sorry for being so late to the discussion, but as you now know, I have volunteered to take the lead on writing the script for the fledgling campaign, as well as help with some of the world-building and lore ideas. The document that ghype posted is -- like he mentioned -- only the start of wha...

Re: Galactic Empires (MP Sci-fi Scenario)
So, it asks you to select a compatible era for the map, and it shows only one era: the one with ident Galactic_Empires_Era . Then it ends up selecting a different era. What is that era which it loads? What is its ident? Look in that era's files for the id= line — or, better yet, let it select that ...

Re: Multiplayer Replay Analysis
Hey guys!
I am a amateur Wesnoth player who hopes to improve his strategy and tactical expertise. I would appreciated if an experienced player took the time to review a scenario from HttT and tell me if I played it well or poorly.
Thanks!

Re: New campaign idea. Could use some help
Thanks ReyRim! Interestingly though, I don't feel as if I'm "stretched thin" (as you so eloquently put it ;)) I actually have fun sorting out my ideas and figuring out what works and what doesent -- finding my niche. Story telling is one thing I have always loved, and am looking forward to...

Re: Galactic Empires (MP Sci-fi Scenario)
Hello there Bob! Yeah, I'm having a bit of a problem with running my own local 2 or 4 player GEA game. Ok, it's a major problem. You see, every time I chose a GEA map, it tells me to select an era that will match it (i.e. the Galactic Empires Era itself) right? Well, whenever that happens, the engin...

New campaign idea. Could use some help
Hey y'all! I'm currently working on a number of campaigns (more than 10 total ) and I finished my first storyline about a month ago #soexited! :D. It is titled A Bond of Blood and is a Knaglan Alliance campaign which I hope to be my debut. So I think I made the dialogue interesting and fun (l...

Re: Movies discussion
I saw Prince of Persia, Sands of Time quite recently and loved it .
It actually reminds me of the Wesnoth world a bit. I kept seeing Dunefolk soldiers fighting.
Btw, I wonder what the Hessansins (I'm probably spelling that wrong) would look like in Wesnoth … huh.

Re: Would you date an Orc?
Given all these examples, orc-human, goblin-(dwarf human), goblin-elf and even, orc-elf (I am disgusted at having thought about such a thing! :augh: ) can be assumed to be possible. Haha! I can see why. However, I am currently working on a storyline for a campaign titled Heroes are Forged (a campai...

Re: Era of Galactic Conflict (EoGC)
Hey, Korben! I must say that I find it very interesting  that we both are doing pretty much the same thing. Let me explain: I have been working on ideas to expand the Galactic Empires Era by Bob_the_Mighty and some of the ideas that you mention are ones that I considered ;). Basically, I want...

Re: Oath of Allegiance [SP Desert People Campaign for 1.13.5]
First of all, man I just wanted to say "great job!" because this is a killer campaign. I'm only half-way through it and it is already my second favorite :D. I think so far you are unmatched in terms of creative objectives. As far as I know, no where else can I close badguy-spewing portals,...

Re: To Lands Unknown 3.1.2 - a new gameplay mode!
Let me answer your question: there is no sequel coming for TLU in the near future but some work on the prequel has been made ;) Unfortunately there a few obstacles (including my limited spare time and some worrying statistics about the game) but I am planning to reveal the whole story of the world ...

Re: To Lands Unknown 3.1.2 - a new gameplay mode!
Hi there! I am a pretty huge fan of your work (hint: it inspired me to really write stories 4 Wesnoth) and it feels good to finally get to speak with you about your campaign. So TLU was actually the very first Wesnoth campaign that I completed ;) and it is still my favorite :D. I am still very new t...
