Re: Trait Suggestions

That last one sounds pointless, since the game already has Healthy, which is a lot more powerful. IftU and AtS have a trait called armoured, which just increases resistences, period. I do in fact think that anything conditional like that fits the definition of complicated, but ultimately, it all boi...

Re: Trait Suggestions

It has been established earlier that suggestions for new traits won't be taken. If you want to make your own campaign you can implement them there.

I really dont remember, but i do like the idea. Where do they appear or are quoted in the game?
They are the elves fought in SotBE. Their ancestors were Landar's elves, who serve as the antagonists in LoW and SoF.

Re: Kurumin's Portraits

You know the elves of the Silent Forest live way up north, and I like the idea that they could be more on the barbaric side, considering who their ancestors were and what they did in the past. If they spent several generations up there, this could end up being them.

Re: map editor help or tutorial

I have no idea how that's done either. I think you need to hold shift and click, with background and foreground set or something like that-of course it doesn't work on mobile, so I just load up existing maps that have them and copy-paste. I think you can also open the map up in a text editor and fid...

Re: Oath of Allegiance [SP Desert People Campaign for 1.13.5]

Okay, after having played through the campaign, i am left with wondering about one thing: on a scale of TLU to IftU, just how "canonical" is this campaign considered to be?

Re: The Grey Eminence - outline for a hypotetical campaign

So after having played Oath of Allegience, i realized that it's one campaign i simply cannot overlook due to it featuring a map of the southern lands and one of the few sources i can reference on the dunefolk, unless a campaign is mainlined that contradicts it. It also fills in too many holes to be ...

Re: Soldier of Wesnoth: SP Campaign (Feedback and Reviews)

I'm afraid that it grows more unlikely every day. revansurik hasn't been online since the 8th of June this year and the last update has been two years ago... Isn't that usually when somebody volunteers to take over maintenance? Yeah, I know I shouldn't expect it if I can't do it myself. Now I ran i...

Re: The Ravagers - SP campaign now for 1.14 - [Feedback and development]

Awesome. I was wondering if this will get ported. I'll play it in the newr future.
By the way, the changes sound great, even if i didn't play the old version, but I don't think "lust" is the appropriate term here.

Just wanted to call in and let you know that this doesn't work for some reason. Her cage disappears, but she doesn't join me.

Re: Great Mage Again

In adition, the plague of lava monster seemse like a very nice idea. though it shouldn be called plague, right? or could it be called plague? Well if such a thing existed, it could be called something different, sure. It could also summon a fire-whisp, like the ones in IftU. I mean mudcrawlers have...

Re: Great Mage Again

Edit: BTIsaac has a point - Fire Guardian plague on the fire balls sounds like a cool theme, however, I think this is too powerful. It basically equals a free 19 gold unit every combat turn . The melee attack wouldn't need to be fire or impact - he could simply have two attacks for one of which he ...

Re: Great Mage Again

I'd like to point out that something like a summoning abbility is far too format breaking for mainline. Maybe if the attack is given a special like Plague, but instead of zombies, it makes fire guardians, that would work better. The melee attack should still remain impact, because both attacks being...

Re: Witch Campaign: Mountain Witch

Okay. The ending of Stone City has been really frustrating for me. It appears that after the encounter with Recorder, objectives started becoming extremely unclear. More than once I'm required to move two characters next to each other, as an objective, then after the enemy is defeated, I need to mov...
