When you upload new version of campaign, you get note TERMS, which you can accept or deny.
It's only an advice; in short, by posting on the server your campaign you declares that it is your work and that it does not violate any copyright.

Battle for Bashaur Gigandul can recall units from 'The Saurian Homeland' (where he got an early finish bonus btw), which includes the loyal units he had on the map and the reinforcements his son brought. The amulett in 'Fishing Gold' increases the arcane resistance by only 40% (unlike the 60% in it's description). Mal-Kevlar is the only leader who can't recruit or recall, so... It does not make much sense that all those Human Necromancers die just because Mal-Kevlar is dead.
