It is a fresh install of 1.12.4 and I did reinstall it completely twice over now. Still no tutorial with that very same error message I posted above. Which packages have you installed? I'm asking because right now I cannot reproduce the bug. Do other things (local multiplayer game, campaigns, etc.....
