well i guess it depends on the player playing that faction
unbalance is not a problem if player enjoy and good at playing that certain faction

hello im new and i want to give my opinion

1) it is true isar is unbalance but from isar you can learn that every unit you have is precious and you must not waste it.

2) sometimes you must chat first, or maybe from my experience they didnt talk english very well (like me).
