I don't know of any such hosting, though with dedicated hosting you can do whatever you want.
However, is mq strictly necessary?
What is the use-case for it? Maybe you can switch to something more lightweight/simpler.

More info about your PC would probably be appreciated.
Including the game's version, hardware configuration and whether you have the 64bit OS version and any service packs installed.

Lately I'm into small games like voar and MiniMetro. Probably because I have not much free time anymore :/
Still, I enjoyed them both. Too bad there's little replayability for casual games.
