I've tried that today with two clients. I've added unrenamable=yes in the [side] tag on host. It doesn't change anything for LoW.

I've had the same error right after.
We've encountered so much weird behaviour, starting with my own side before starting, that I can't say anything to help.

I was searching forum for other matter and found that : Can't recruit in LoW-Scenario 1 in Planning Mode [1.11.10]

I can reproduce this behaviour with planning mode activated on 1.11.19.
The result is the same behaviour observed in the video.
