Yes, I am using EoMa 3.1.0 and TLU 3.0.0 beta. It also seems to only work on some creatures, as in the next scenario, banishing a Tharis did not produce a gate. Oops, sorry, didn't realize that wmllint had done that, I'll work on getting a fix for that out soon!

It should be fixed now on 1.12!

ANLEra has been uploaded to the 1.13.12 (1.14) Add-ons server. There is currently a bug that causes most of the diplomacy options to disappear, but it gives no errors and otherwise functions properly

This is not dead, I have been working on this!

I have updated ANLEra to 1.4 on the 1.13 add-ons server.

Many fixes and bettering of code, updated units, (such as the extremely weak Orcish Shaman,) and a mod for SP/MP that allows all lvl 0s to build.

I had not seem your post until now, sorry for not replying.

I have not been experiencing this problem on my computer, but I will release a version which might fix the problem (1.2.1b,) but if it does not, please tell me.

I believe that the ids of the Orcish Raider and the other Bad Moon Rising orcs are identical to the ones in Bad Moon Rising, but it doesn't break the game, so it isn't a major bug.

I have been quietly updating this, if anyone notices any bugs, I would be glad to hear of them, although I may not get to fixing them them immediately.

I have updated this (1.0.1) to let the different factions build different styles of buildings, but the drakes still might need their own castle...

The "invalid wml tag else" is hiding somewhere, but seems to do nothing. I think I fixed the grass bug, and the missing Drake Druid images. As for the Drake Fighters, I am still deciding what to do with them.
