Re: iPhone/iPad Support Thread
Why do you have to pay a small fee on iPad and Android whereas the game is free on Windows, MacOS and Linux ?

Re: Wesnoth for the Sony PSP
The PSP is certainly not obsolete. More than 75 million were sold and there will always be a strong community.
Plenty of developers have developed homebrews without the expensive dev kit.
Oh, nevermind... Ideas are cheap.

Wesnoth for the Sony PSP
It would be great to compile Wesnoth for the the PSP.
The PSP doesn't have a keyboard, so one would have to adapt slightly the interface, but overall Wesnoth would be the best homebrew of the PSP.
This handheld console runs many good tactical RGPs and I'm sure it can cope with Wesnoth.

Re: French review
Scenario 13/20 is underrated, agreed.
But for the rest, the ratings are pretty good. 16/20 is a very nice rating. Overall, I'm convinced this review is a good ad for the game.
Also this review gives access the reader's reviews which are all extremely positive.

French review
You may want to add the following review in the WesnothReview page: http://www.jeuxvideo.com/articles/0001/00011843-the-battle-for-wesnoth-test.htm Please note that jeuxvideo.com is the leading video game site in French. Its forums are even among the most popular of all forums in French, whatever th...
Re: Steam
Understood. I'll try to find something else: Wesnoth deserves a broader audience.
Steam
Several free games are integrated in the Steam platform. Steam boosted their popularity. Steam is, IMHO, a great way to advertise Wesnoth.
So I would suggest to add Wesnoth as a Steam game.
Sorry about my poor English, it's not my monther tongue.

Thanks, it works.
It is sometimes incredibly difficult to find where a game saves.

Re: Introduce yourself here!
Hi ! I've discovered this game very recently. Love it, else I wouldn't post here. It reminds me of the Fire Emblem series. It is even better. I'm a vet of wargames (I recommend WinMBT) and tactical RPGs (my fav is Valkyria Chronicles 2 on PSP). I love this open source concept, the depth of the game,...

My current PC is using Vista.
I'd like to go on my campaign on another PC running Windows 7.
I found the save directory in the My Games directory.
Is there any other files can I should copy ? Cache ?
Thx.
