Assistance with tabletop RPG (Embryonic stages)
My name is Rob Lennon and I am an independent sports game designer. My games use dice and individual player cards to recreate sporting events. I am looking to make the jump from sports themed games to RPG's (Arena Battle). What would set my idea for an rpg apart from others is that I also plan to us...

Re: Difference in difficulty settings
They also could use different AI, change your recruit list, change the carryover gold, starting income, village gold, enemy village gold, etc. I think that is one of the reasons why this game is so good, and has such a strong staying power. Every time you peel back a layer, three or four more layer...

Difference in difficulty settings
Is the only difference between easy, medium, and hard the time you have to complete scenarios?
Or does the computer have a stronger AI, or stronger units in harder settings?

Re: Books discussion
I actually read TCQ before any of the Drizzt books. Both series of books cross paths. Do you remember a scene where Drizzt and company go to a church and meet a priest who appeared old, but young of heart by the name of Cadderly? The events of TCQ happened before this meeting. I know, I wanted to k...

Re: Books discussion
I love the Drizzt books as well. Have you read 'The Cleric Quintet' also by Salvatore? I have not read so far. I stopped reading after Thousands of Orcs, because the last part translated and accessible in my country is Servant of the Shard, and reading the other parts from the screen of my computer...

I love the Drizzt books as well. Have you read 'The Cleric Quintet' also by Salvatore? I have been reading Song of Fire and Ice. However, it all pales to my anxiously waiting for the release of the final book in the Wheel of Time series. 'Memory of Light' is due out this January, and I cannot wait. ...

Your problem with Wesband is that it is multiplayer, make a local game with yourself only to play it.
Have fun.

Re: What is the best dungeon crawler UMC
I tried loading Wesband, but it doesn't seem to get added to my list of available campaigns. Was that one of the performance issues you are reffering to? I did load your UMC Legend of the Invincibles, and that seemed to load properly. I'll have to check out Five Fates as well. Thanks! I fixed my sig...

What is the best dungeon crawler UMC
Hopefully, I am not opening a can of worms here  I consider myself still a Wesnoth Noob, but loving this game very much. I was wondering if someone could recommend a good dungeon crawler UMC. The kind where you could take a party of characters and level them up through various dungeon scena...

Re: Heindal's Mini Games: Dungeon of Wesnoth

Where on the website am I able to download this campaign (and other campaigns for that matter)? Thanks! Rob Lennon You download it in-game. Run Wesnoth, on the right th...

Re: Introduce yourself here!
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rob Lennon, and I happened to stumble upon this game just the other day. I had just purchased Legends of Grimrock, and have been playing with my boys (11 and 6 years old). It's a nice game, but it was missing something that I couldn't put my finger on. B...
