Yes, that is unfortunately correct, I did not get to port this campaign for Wesnoth 1.16 (actually there are still some issues on 1.14 that I want to look into). I am sorry for the inconvenience.

It is indeed possible, actually it is a feature in my add-on (campaign series) For Power. The code was written by Dugi years ago. I took a better look on the warning and looks like that it happened only in 2 scenarios in Chapter 1. I just uploaded the fix as version 0.6.5.3. It also contains some improved dialogues in Chapter 5. Enjoy.

Hi. Sorry, no, chapter 6 contains just 3 playable scenario (and 1 talk only one). Also I rarely work on this campaign these days and when I do, I do not write new scenarios.

The campaign was added to mainline in 1.15.0 but later it was decided to remove it in 1.15.3. I think that there are/were plans to add it again (under name Wings of Valor?) but I do not know more for certain.

I just updated the first post in this thread. I fixed the link to wiki a moved instructions for Wesnoth 1.14 before those for older versions (as 1.14 is the current stable series).
