Hello all, Thanks for the interesting points you raise! :D I think the most obvious issue with the AI is that it doesn't use specials (slow, backstab etc.) properly and also ignores abilities like leadership or healing, so these units would end up looking really useless. Okay, now I tested playing despite purple bar, after advising from the original author.

It finally works , but with a strange effect: the purple bar becomes blue only when the unit attacks. It stays purple if the unit gains experience upon defense.
