The idea for the start was never to do with a surprise that will screw over the player or build up an army to get it destroyed. It was more for a story device and could prob be done as a story senario. I like the idea of surprises but ones that will add to the story and not take away from the gamepl...

done some reaserch and still dont know how to do this....I would put [side] in at the start for side 3......then use the tag [store side] around the side info? the unstore in the event i want it to be used in?

also.....that macros worked perfectly even with the variable for the location of the unit he is moving too....now i need to think of a better name

as you responded easier to put this in a new post.... I want to make a real unit rather than moving a fake unit. Looking at the WML events wiki I am only able to move a real unit in 1.9? and if so would the easiest way be to move a fake unit then create a unit in the location the fake unit moves too...

Seems i did not need help on that after all...I worked it out myself....also learning experiance to know with move_unit_fake the unit type needs to be in speach marks :-)

does things like that usually need to be in speach marks?

prob from the various things i tried to stop getting every gravehex on the map giving undead.......i will give it a look over again when i get hme from work will have to test it later but thinking about it if i have before the [store location] the filter unit that will sort out one of the problems (...

thank you very much this works now. Now i just need to modify it a bit to see if i understand it! :-P .....although i have thought of somthing to make it more 'realistic'....is it possible to make it so each grave can only produce one unit?
