Re: Shield's Art
Faerie Storm has recently redone many of the Besieged Druid sprites recently - zealot, mage, and initiate have new sprites, wisp has basic animations, and archmage now has noticeably pointy ears. I haven't released a new version with them yet, but if you want you can view them here . I believe ther...

Faerie_storm's art
I took the initiate graphic I found in the A_vision_blinded campaign and reduced the staff back to the shaman staff then added an extra attack frame (see attack 1 below) and an extra magic frame (see magic 1 below) as well as adjusting the heal animation from the shaman for the initiate graphic. ini...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
Yeah I agree there, Looks good but the shadow is a bit sharp. Nice work, but this reminds me that I really need to get back to work on my animations though

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
Hmm what about this unit (its not finished yet but the idea (ok or not at all?), if its ok I'll improve it (the leg is weird and his neck is too short i think).. Nice Idea there and I like the name Chaos Rider. Just a few comments on the unit: -Maybe a more armoured horse? -idk, maybe a freezing sw...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
Here's a thought for a new level 4 unit in the calveryman line (Can't remember the name of the level 3 unit :/)
not sure about a name, but it would be cool to have him able to do trample damage (impact) as an alternative to his sword.
As for the dwarves, are you going to use the dwarvish scout unit?

It didn't come with ImageReady. My photoshop came with a tablet and Corel photo paint and another Corel program. Anyway to do it without?GunChleoc wrote: If your Photoshop came with a second program called ImageReady, your can edit & preview your animations there.

Re: Female variant for the Rogue Mage line
I'm looking for feedback on how his body is moving in the defence frame. We can't really tell how it's moving from still frames. If you post a .gif of the animated image, it would help. Um, not sure how to do that part in photoshop. If you would like to animate Rogue Mage line, you can touch up min...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles (chapter 7 is out)
played the first scenario and I found 2 bugs, the female Celestial messenger gets an image not found frame when attacking, and she is called a Mage of Light instead of celestial messenger.

Re: Elvish noble, Elvish Acolyte
what does this defense animation do, is it supposed to move the stick away from the enemy? how does this movement defend the unit, unless it is meant to defend the valuable stick? She is supposed to be using her staff to block an enemy attack. I'm redoing the staff to have a better angle where she ...

Re: Elvish noble, Elvish Acolyte
I actually found his article on animation after I posted this. It was quite useful and I will be applying those principles to redo this animation soon. I wish I'd found them first! Edit: Re-drawn draft for the defence frames: From left to right: base frame, defence 1, defence 2 Elvish Acolyte...

They looked quite different then too I think?
Also thanks for pointing out the bits of the beard, that's a pretty big oversight

I'm not sure if his movement is the right motion for a dagger attack now that I think about it. Time for a redo I guess
