I saw that page but I didn't see any example file for me to work from... It does list the configuration's available keys and tags though. Ok, I wil...

I'm trying to run the latest version of wesnothd but I can't find a example .cfg script to pass to the "-c <file>" command-line option. Can someone help me out? Would prefer a file that listed all the options and the defaults...

Anyone interested in a Linux dedicated server?
I have a server I am wanting to donate to someone who would like a dedicated server of their own. It includes a full set of community software and I normally charge $14/month for this but I am offering this server for free. You can PM me if you have any questions you want answered. To get it go to h...

New tools to make running Wesnoth MP server easier
Hello! I have been a member here since 2010 and was one developer of the iPad version of Wesnoth back in the day. I am now back in the scene and have some tools to make running the Wesnoth MP server easier. For example it lets you start the server at boot time, and restarts it if it should crash. I ...

Frustrating text & graphics caching (iOS port)
I am having trouble with text descriptions appearing in the old style even though all the files in the tree have only the new text data. For example, I am editing the tutorial campaign and have put in new text but only the original text appears. I've done a recursive grep on the whole source tree an...

Need a new team-member for iPad version - Will Pay $150
I've had one of my team members back out of development for my Wesnoth extension, which is going to put our project behind schedule, so I am looking for a new member to take his place. The modification in question is a integration with Urban Airship in-app purchase for our iPad (steampunk) fork of W...

Re: How is the iOS port doing it's mp3->ogg conversion?
I think I have this resolved - looking at the code and the files in the distribution it seems that it does not convert anything. Rather it allows foo.mp3 to be used for foo.ogg so that all scenarios work but you have the option to replace them with .mp3 files. Why? One of his notes suggested that th...

How is the iOS port doing it's mp3->ogg conversion?
I am replacing the music files with my own, and I wanted to see how it is doing the mp3->ogg conversion to make sure I have the files in the best possible conversion quality/size tradeoff. I looked for "lame" and "afconvert" and didn't come up with anything... Please help! Marisa

Re: How to compile Wesnoth for iPhone/iPad
That worked for me too! Great going! Now if I could just figure out why the old loading pvrtc files are displaying even though I replaced all of them I would be all set. Probably another cache issue...
