Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Might be just me, but i think Dugi missed it when you said that Garcyn (allied leader) dies easily. It happens to anyone from time to time, just don't get angry... (also, it was when he was away for 2 days) I've mentioned it more then once, (just not by name because I couldn't remember it) includin...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Come on, I spend so much effort posting this and you give so little effort reading and replying. If a scenario is too hard (and this one was confirmed to be), I prefer to decrease its difficulty without altering the way it's played. If you level your elf mages to floating, and luck out with allie AI...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

I thought of another good difficulty increaser for lava prison. All items are stripped off your characters and put into storage, the only items available is 1 gloves or axe that give plague(and nothing else), and 1 shoes that give +1 speed (that way cave tiles still matter, but +1 speed on Argan ove...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

@Hex: ... Let's see... I clearly stated i played it on 1.10.7, which is the stable version, because i tried playing with your conditions. Also, i'm wondering if you actually noticed the keep in north, before reaching the dragon, and the cave close to it that has an item inside. Maybe you got only W...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Last time I played it, I could only recruit WC. And I could not recall. Maybe that bug only shows in developer version, not stable. You suggest a lot of things that include massive overhauls to a system that is working well. These massive changes would ruin all balance, make significant changes to t...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Lethalia, as a mage who's melee attack isnt even boosted by items (5-3 attack, not magical), this isn't worth much. Argan needs plague too, his movement slows the party down way way too much without movement items, and without plague one can't even safely leave him behind. Argans movement without it...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

type: sword (? a quick slashing weapon might fit) New weapon special: kamikaze sprint Merges attacks 20% resist cold (? I imagine it to be quite handy against groups of chapter 7 corrupted things, so why not specialise it against them) Cold resist is common because Ice armor is common,(and about th...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Of course its a cross between a mage and a fencer, I don't need to be told something that obvious. :annoyed: But Lich-king isn't antisocial (though I wouldn't figure a Lich or Death knight would be very socialable or pleasant to be around) where in order to get ride of the antisocial, you got to use...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

His strength of high defence is worthless with everything else. First of all, it's directly countered by fencers increased vulnerability to physical. And fencers don't have alot of HP, but warlock has even less. And even if you can keep it safe, there is no point if its damage is low. And unless I p...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Seems that I really misunderstood you. This part confused me: I was wondering would the second advancement that eliminates antisocial, nerf the units damages even more? The second advancement completely removes the anti-social. I figured as much, but my question was, does it also debuff both attack...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Reducing anti-social by half on warlock nerfs damage too much (both melee and magic attack), should it really reduce damage at all? You already have to spend two advancements to get ride of antisocial, siginificant damage nerf seems extra harsh. Does the second advancement that removes antisocial a...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

I guess you missed me saying Neither does whirlwind attack show in upgrade screen on a shadow-walker with only 3 attack choices (would be 4 with whirlwind attack, if it listed) What is the line number limit/attack number limit for displaying in upgrade screen btw? Because in screen space terms, ther...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

BTW, a number of attacks don't show up in advancement screen. Like Eframs berserk attacks don't show there. So you don't know what it would look like before being picked, or how it would be altered by sword advancement. They are not shown simply because there is no space for them and that window's ...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Attack isn't strike, is it? An attack is a complete attack, thus means you can attack two or more times with all strikes of a weapon. Oh I think I know at least part of what you're saying. Yes, a attack is a full attack where as strike is one more hit within a particular attack. Helm of destruction...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles

Alot of these descriptions need to be improved a great deal. And information about which kind of weapons are which like mentioned before, which attacks are magical (not talking about the trait "magical", or the element type, neither of which are certain indicators of magical status for the purpose o...
