Re: Era of Magic (EoMa) 3.2
After a way too long Wesbreak, I have returned! Here is an updated and overhauled German translation! It will probably take some time until TIL is updated as well, though. However, I must note that the .po I had available ("EoMa_raw_translation_file" in in add-ons\Era_of_Magic\translations...

Re: [mainline] Undead trait and healing
The fact that healers can heal undead as well as the living in the game leads to two conclusions: 1. Healers can heal undead as well as the living in the setting 2. It is a gameplay abstraction. Several users, including myself, have suggested that case 1 is possible, if at least some healing magic w...

Re: [mainline] Undead trait and healing
Explanation: Healing magic does affect the body, not the "life-force" itself. If you heal the shattered skull of a skeleton or the chopped-off arm of a Walking Corpse, you receive a more intact skeleton/corpse, but it will not be restored to real life, or "exorcised", which would...

Re: To Lands Unknown v1.6.0
In the scenario, where mehir burns the corpses of tashkars soldiers he says, "i would bring your bones to Ka-gatta, but this is no longer on our way." <But he goes to ka-gatta. Didn't you rather meant Al-kamija? Way is used here as a synonym of method, tradition, and refers to the burial ...

Re: Favorite / least favorite mainline race
Well, I think my favorite is not that hard to guess. I add that their fluff is very interesting - best of all, . Saurians, Naga, Bats, Gryphons and Monsters are also among my favorites.
possibly non-canon, possibly secret:

Re: Thesis on video game localization
Hi I study translation at University College Ghent. As a passionate gamer I chose to write my thesis on video game localization. I chose to discuss Battle for Wesnoth and have just finished my analysis of the Dutch and German translations of the campaign chapter “Heir to the Throne”. There are some...

Re: [Announcement] shadowmaster is banned
Obviously, shadowmaster has a much larger plan, where by pretending to play by Gambit's intrigue, he will only emerge much more powerful.

i dont understand, why OP in this thread are always on bottom post? and why the heck your rank became banned from the future, is that even possible? are we get trolled or what? :hmm: It's quite simple. That post is from the future. You see, later this year, I will convince shadowmaster to travel ba...

Re: [mainline] Balance separation
What do you mean with seperating the balance of campaigns and multiplayer? Changing specific units within the scope of a campaign can, as has been said, already be done, and (in most cases, in the context of advancing further), it actually does happen even in mainline campaigns. Or do you mean more ...
