They also need different flavors of AI like one set to spam, master, stalwart, Idiot, and normal. but I understand how difficult that is, well, no I don't, I suck at coding. I sympathize for you developers. You toil all day over mind numbing codes just to have us criticize you.

It would not be to advantageous to change the thunderers melee attack to impact. maybe, add a fire attack (like shooting a phosphorus round) to dragon guards(sorry if ...

Re: Keep the AI away from my units!

and in most campaigns it makes sense to allow you to have shroud/fog of war and not the enemy because it is most of the time their terrain and also AI ARE psychic because the amount of time and effort gone into the ai has made them super powerful (ALL HAIL OUR COMPUTER OVERLORDS!!!) but Velensk is r...

Re: Tactical uses of units

Some units are multipurpose, or at least can be used as such by those who are short on gold. I wouldn't stick to these catagories too rigidly. EXACTLY!!! all these categories are ment to do is to help with strategy building if you already have a good strategy then don't listen do what works for you...

Re: You think a faction is overpowered? Come here!

I see what your saying, but the skirmisher is powerfull for its cost and it is a chaotic unit in a lawful faction Even better! This means that when your line units are at their weakest, your supporting skirmishers are at their strongest, and can either act as a scarecrow to make attackers wary or s...

Re: Tactical uses of units

ElvenKing, you could probably condense that into one quote with ellipses to make it less space-consuming of a sig :P csparrow... General melee units-these guys are you bread butter knife and cutting board they should be the back bone of your army. General range units-these are almost as important as the g.m.u.s, but since they tend to be mo...
