Re: possible bug with BaB tile

I believe that's actually correct for #1, since that's how I have the UMC Music Book add-ons setup. That #ifdef makes it show up in the editor, and then any add-on that wants to use the music needs to add the [binary_path] to any UMC Music Books for the scenario to find the music during an actual ga...

Re: possible bug with BaB tile

I don't really know what else to tell you then. Neither josteph nor I see this terrain in the editor at all, and the terrain string "BaB" simply doesn't exist anywhere in default Wesnoth (grep -Iirn "\bbab\b" finds nothing).

Re: possible bug with BaB tile

Reproducing is just using the editor, placing such a bridge over some water (certainly also over any base terrain type, since as said the error pmay come from the absence of such bridges in core/terrains.cfg). There is no BaB terrain in default Wesnoth. Do you have any add-ons installed, or is this...

When executing, Lua runtime error: [string " wesnoth.dofile("~add-ons/Legend_of_the_Invin..."]:1: bad argument #-1 to 'dofile' (file not found)

Can we make the error message not truncate the filename?
I'd assume so, though that really belongs as an issue on Github.

Re: Affably Evil, Kill The King, The Beautiful Child missing WML

Well, add-ons aren't stored in the Steam install directory , so deleting Wesnoth's steam directory won't remove them. However, if you are still confident that you've completely deleted them, then I suggest you contact the author of these add-ons (dugi) via their feedback threads which can be found i...

Are there directories present if you click the "i" icon on the main menu's lower left corner and then click the folder icon to the right of the "Add-ons" row?

The Art Contributions forum is for if you are submitting art to potentially be included in Wesnoth itself, therefore I've moved this to Art Workshop forum instead.

Some units, like the Shock Trooper and Iron Mauler, also reuse the same portrait.

Re: Antar, Son of Rheor [Feedback Thread]

For what it's worth, every place Wesnoth is available for download directly contains all the campaigns - Steam, flatpak, and the Wesnoth website. It's only certain linux distros that split the campaigns out like that, for I suppose size reasons, but splitting things out like that is not considered t...

If you have the exact same line, it would give the exact same hash. If you have two different people potentially saying the same line though, then I assume you would want different files.

Wesnoth's copyright policy for art can be found here. Specifically for your case, images are GPL if they were created prior to July 30th, 2017 and CC BY-SA 4.0 if they were created after that date.

Re: Roll call for voice acting of Descent into Darkness

Having to keep two copies of the message string around doesn't seem convenient though, especially seeing as the md5 will already need to be known for the user to be able to name the sound file correctly.
