Downloading 1.8 would worth the hassle for playing in the MP server?
I still use the 1.7.13 version and I want to know if there are enough people playing the 1.8.
Usually, new versions don't get too much attention in terms of MP :hmm: ...

nagas haven't any healers or magicians... they are like a melee race, with some archers, like orcs for example.

merfolks are more mixed.

The idea of an oceanic battle is, as you said difficult to make. Maybe a middle-sized scenario, with some sand islands is possible to make for this situatiom.
I´ll try to create a pack of oceanic scenarios to upload as soon as possible.

Necromancer of course!

The high resistance, the magical attacks and the plague ability, makes this unit one of the most strong of the game.

Well, the best choice is trying to develop your shamans to a superior level. After this, you can use 2 healers instead of 4 (1 healer heals 6 units in only one turn :wink: )

I was thinking for a while about what is the best way to play wesnoth's multiplayer games :hmm: . The tournaments are, in my opininon, the solution. Ruffians?

Sometimes I like to think about the worst unit of the game. I think that there a unit that is completely useless: the ruffian.
An attack 5-2 and the 16 hitpoits make this unity worse than a peasant. Have anybody a different opinion?
