I was planning on using custom walls for the carved caves, though with the new texture I'm working with instead of the old one. How are the selenite cave tiles though? You mean the cut one? I need to change that one, since I've known for some time it isn't seamless, but I wasn't sure if it was going to be used anyways...

I'm looking at finding some dark marbled texture or something to replace the other variant too.

How do you get an idle anim to loop without stopping as long as the unit is idle? (sort of like how the drakes and gryphons will fly as their idle animation over water. Do you mean a standing animation? A standing animation is an animation that loops continuously as long as the unit isn't being use...

I've got two questions: 1) How do you get an idle anim to loop without stopping as long as the unit is idle? Is it possible to have a TC'd animated overlay?

Also:
I've done a little additional work on the selenite, it now has a death animation (the final 3 frames of it breaking are not finished yet)

Yes, the perspective does seem to match pretty well.

However, I'd suggest TCing the kilt/shorts instead since dense red on green is kinda hard on the eyes. :lol2:

Wesnoth 2.0 will have no luck... -_- :lol2: Umm, well, it'll probably 1.10 after 1.9 (that's what I always go like : 00.00.00.0000 for all my builds) BTW- yeah, my main computer is quite powerful and will get even more so in the next few months, but I greatly enjoy 2D games with sprites quite a lot ...

Hmmm... That may be because the palette's options were too narrow. Also the lightning is transparent so it would be affected by the color of the selenite which is beneath it. Perhaps if I made the team-colored image separate... :? I've seen units where they have multiple images, one just applied ove...
