Re: A FOSS DAW for Windows, anyone?
It seems like it isn't open source no more. A great deception for those who give money to the project.marcusvinicius wrote:I give some trys but I guess Macaw is better altough Rax'n'trax has a better look and nice features.

Re: Non-Wesnoth works
I'm a little away from orchestral music a little long time. But something curious happened to me. 4shared said my original music is a violation of copyrights, well, the problem was an orchestral track I made. Because of this I just started to hear some of my orchestral music that was lost in my compu...

Re: Resources for music contributors Mk II
Thanks Mattias. There's a program you posted some years a go, it calls savihost, it makes any VST plugin as standalone program. It was useful for me and I belive it's an auxiliary resource for music making.

Re: Where is the topic of resourcers for composers?
I doubt it. Return of their money how? If NI goes belly up, there is no money, and even if there was, why would the company return their customer's money? And you can't resell the stuff because no one else will be able to activate and use it either (if NI even allows reselling), so it's worthless. ...

Re: Where is the topic of resourcers for composers?
Actually NI has a strong marketing over internet, I think most of people who buy products like Kontakt don't care much about those questions, for most of the professional producers the only thing that really matters is the quality and how pratical is the sampler, how many features it has... I'm sure...

Re: Where is the topic of resourcers for composers?
Hello Mattias, it's a long time I don't see you :lol2: I thought the same thing that you did. I think the developer wanted some resourcers from Kontakt to make those samples sound better, anyway ces't la vie. I haven't tried yet, actually I don't have Kontakt :P Kontakt's price today is 200 bucks , ...

Where is the topic of resourcers for composers?

Wherever it is, I just want to show you this project: http://www.totalcomposure.com/products/tco/tco.php They made a free orchestra for Kontact and it is in the KVR 2012 dev challe...

Re: Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra -- CC-licensed sample libra
I gave a look and it seems that some instruments have strange transients in some notes. Is it a know issue?
