Was just watching the game today, and due to the more continental scale of the maps I've seen so far, as opposed to the fortress/city-state scale of Bob's ANL maps, I thought that having roads to aid your economy would be both a good way of adding aesthetic value to your maps and having a unique wa...

I've had my fair share of noobish moments. Worst was i saw my opponent massing ulfs, i was undead, saw they had no ranged attack and massed adepts. I won that match barely so y'all newbies, DON'T MASS ADEPTS! EVER!

Nope, the AI often does make some stupid mistakes that most humans probably wouldn't make, which often costs it a good unit. One time, I was facing the AI, and it had a 1HP, poisoned thief, given either the choice of retreating (recommended), or attacking a 5HP cavalryman of mine (not recommended)....

Yeah, I can understand that. It'd be perfect for young children, if they stood on the mountains they'd have 70% defense. Only problem is that dwarfs aren't very resistant to cold. 548? You laughed at that last quote. 549? You make several accounts to make it seem like more people like you/agree wit...

So the ability goes like this. For a heavy or charging unit, after they attack, the unit got moved to the other side of the target. This is only when the target is not dead and no one is blocking the otherside. If the target gets killed, the charging unit moves into the hex of the target and stays ...

to quote Aethaeryn "I agree, but would it hurt to have at least the mainline campaigns be able to be sorted by chronological with a check box for those who aren't newbies? It could be a challenge to play Wesnoth in order on the hardest difficulty level, and UtBS is one of the hardest campaigns ...

I had simillar idea, but decided to search a forum first, and with a good reason, I see. My idea was however slightly different. I think it's best not to stray from "one attack per unit per turn" rule. Otherwise attacking unit could just waltz over entire field hospital killing off every ...

Yeah, that sound pretty good though perhaps making them produce the factions cannon fodder unit would be useful as well.

This has probably already been said but after the turn limit how about a random effect takes place for the remainder of the scenario? e.g, "My lord, the troops are too tierd to learn anything from this battle." No unit gains xp. "<insert charectername here> needs money for <whatever>&...
