As to the greek thing, I think you are wrong. You could use Pegasus riders, griffons, hippocampus, all as ideas for greek units. Or even icurus, infantry with artificial wings. It all could work with them easily and seemlessly.

For the minotaurs, did you take into consideration that you will be spending less on upkeep, because of having more powerful units?

When did the Kalifa Amir lose Marksmanship? Without it, that Amir loses a lot of attack potential, and the side as a whole loses it's fortress busting abilities.

It would seem that the vampires are a very weak against the undead, having only two troops that are any good against them, and losing the entire ability to drain or use plague on them. No, what I'm saying is that the use of poison for the outlaw faction is restricted to units that do far better in water and swamps, and are at a severe disadvantage on any other terrain, which makes using poison for a faction of cut throats and murders tricky at best.
