IIRC from Descent into Darkness, one doesn't slowly decay into Lichdom, but rather changes into a Lich via a ritual (which involves dying, of course). Of course, that doesn't really advocate a fleshy or a boney Lich specifically. Just FYI. Personally, I prefer the boney one. Just looks more Lichy to...

I'm certainly no expert, but AFAICT when it comes to designing a faction, the first thing you should do is not say "hey, let's have this unit and that unit," but rather to consider what the faction's theme is going to be. The Northerners have lots of cheap, throwaway units; Aragwaith units...

That Ranger looks a tad off-kilter; I'd maybe push his head (and possibly torso) to the right, and his right foot outwards, by a pixel each. He just looks like he's about to fall over backwards, is all.
