Re: Problem with missing library of WIN 1.4.4 binary

Ok, sorry, missed this. Well, mb just forgot it ... win binary and Yogi ... win binary and Yogi ... no, win binary and Mist ... what ? ^-^ Ok, I will get it somewhat, hope it's only one missing. But still might be nice to give some working version for download eventually (I mean without dll hunting)...

Problem with missing library of WIN 1.4.4 binary

Hi, not quite sure where to post this, but as 1.4.4 topic in the Releases is not back yet, I will do it here and pls move me eventually. Just a notice, would be nice to replace download of Wesnoth 1.4.4 binary with 1.4.3 binary or with working version (some patch would make it too I guess), because ...

Give it some appropriate delay and it's fine. The most fancy way would be an option (even better configurable delay), but it would be just naive to expect so much.
Anyway, I don't need it but I don't mind it either.

its just fair that the bat can kill the ulf. ulfs are really strong vs undead (adept killers without any risk) Not really sure about such fairness, as ulfs are really weak against skeletons. I would say it compensates adept's weakness quite nice, as both skeleton and adept are cheaper than ulf. But...

I like my ulfs dumb, slow, sickly, but strong and resiliant. You can have the intelligent ones. Yeah, intelligent ulfs have no advantage, actually it's often quite harder for them to get their 3 kills than for resilent and strong ones to get 4 kills. Even if that's not the case, strong and resilent...

Mb always steal a trait from last killed unit (random one or eventually both/all traits) and replace previous one ? Would be interesting.

And that's why noone sane ever picks undeads for a standart multiplayer game, mb except big maps.
Oh, nevermind, I just had to say it, couldn't help myself :P

maybe the yeti if i think about it cause they are snow beasts They are used to snow, but they have no power over snow(except for making huge snowballs out of them..) Well, to be smashed by huge snowball is clearly impact damage to me, you wouldn't even have time to notice cold ^-^ Anyway useless di...

client has to catch, figure out that it needs to throw back, throw back, and have server catch. Just a wild guess ? I found by an accident what Soliton wrote elsewhere: Well, there are two sides to detecting a network disconnection, the server and the client side. Since recently the server sends a ...

24xp would be three kills. Fencers with a little luck can be an amazing pain, I don't think lucky fencers should get rewarded more than they already are. I agree. As long as fencer has 70% defense at most terrains, it can be amazing pain (you don't have horde of mages to hunt single fencer everytim...

Better install it somewhere else and just copy installation directory. It should be working as installator just extracts files there, not counting icon and start menu entry. If there will be something missing (at other than original computer I guess), fe some dll library, try to find it and copy it ...

The increased default timeout is client side. The server sends pings every 10 seconds so far. In the next version you will now also be able to tweak the timeout value via the preference file so those who believe their disconnects are not caused by their connection or have really slow connections ca...

Feel free to do it instead of me, I haven't said who has better (worse) attitude and I'm not going to judge it. Btw I believe it's pointless to continue, as problem should be solved in a way which is ...

May it's just not so obvious how to use fencer, while it's quite clear with shaman. Also shaman is universal, you can always use some healing or slow. Anyway, differece between 2 and 1 isn't so big. Speaking for myself, I'm always trying to have 1 or 2 of them on the battlefield, so it's not rare fo...

Well, not like you understand anything I said Krimzon (might be even my fault), but sorry I'm not willing to explain it, as I don't like your attitude and I don't want to waste my effort anymore. Anyway, I hope you will be successful with configurable timeout Soliton, that's more than I hoped for an...
