theres quite some problems with the windows binary of now, me and JW were getting sound problems too, performance seems to be way substandard. Its better to pull it off the shelves again for now i think :)

this is a temporary solution if you still got 1.1.2a

add all dll files from 1.12a except the sdl ones in the 1.1.3 folder, and rename sdl_image.dll into .bak and use 1.1.2a's sdl_image.dll too in wesnoth 1.1.3 folder. the game should start up properly now with the old dlls.

try using the ones from 1.12a the files are missing for me too... still after i used them wesnoth wont start up properly :/ it closes itself immediately after it loaded all files

Hi people, ive managed to fix dialogue crash issues by opening all the portrait pngs in a different image software (paint shop pro) and saving them again.

No more crash ever occurred in a dialogue for me then in UTBS. At least that helped under windows.

im playing with 1.12a and im getting the water serpent error. can anyone help me to fix it? i tried to edit the maps config files by changing it to sea serpent, deleting the lines etc, restarting the scenario over and loading the map before it to make it load newly, still i always get that error onc...
