Sharpshooters don't get marksman, but they should get a custom special named 'accurate', same as the artillery, which gives a minimum of 70% CTH on attack. Play-testing has suggested that the special worked, but now I'm not so sure... The special works fine, it's just that the sharpshooters' attack...
