Re: Games
Disgaea DS. I can't believe I missed this gem for so long, being a huge fan of Tactics Ogre, Final Fantasy Tactics, etc. The game is just brilliant.

Re: Browse the forums with World Cup Atmosphere
Me, as a German supporter, I may sound arrogant, but I feel it would have not turned out different if that goal would have been given. Apart from that decision, it was a game that was nice to watch, which is rare in this WC. Nice game indeed, well done both teams, gratz to the Germans. Now that Mex...

I dunno if my latest idle animations got in, the spearman and white mage, if memory serves.

Thanks Jet. With a little of your magic I'm sure it will do.
I included the sequence, which is kind of tricky in this one (9 unique pngs, 17 frames)

Re: Standing and idle animations?
artisticdude: the devil is in the details... your animations feel kinda "rushed", with solid concepts but a very rough execution. Take your time, there's no deadline :) Major: awesome  (my only advice: beware of some unintended "shaking" effect of legs and arms between fra...

You mean the actual board game? No, the last one of those I played was, I think, Ludo, and that was a couple of decades ago.Velensk wrote:@Redeth: Have you ever played advanced squad leader?

Re: Free Panzer General on Wesnoth?
If you enjoyed Panzer General then try good ol' "Steel Panthers: World at War"
Best hex based, extremely realistic wargame ever. Be warned: the game is so detailed that it makes Panzer General look like a kiddie joke.
It's free of course.

Re: Standing and idle animations?
Major policy note: I think we're going to reuse a lot, possibly all , of these victory animations for idle animations as well. Almost all the time, they're usable as such, and it's crazy to expect us to have both. The reverse is true as well; only in the case of silly "easter-egg" type id...
