Sometimes the windows build has been compiled faster or sometimes slower than usely.

Somehow with the latest version I can't get the interface to change from english to something else.

I can select a different language for exampel finnish and when I restart wesnoth and go and check the language it says the language that I selected but it doesn't use it.

I would my self compile wesnoth but somehow it always failes with cygwin, dev c++ and visual studio.

I have installed all the components that are sayd here http://wesnoth.org/wiki/CompilingWesnoth and when I type ./configure it checks like usually but it just can't locate sdl and I have downloaded it and all the other sdl-components and installed them in /usr..... but still autoconf can't find it :...
