sooo, I can start working on this I guess, but what should I do? have him(her) move back and forth from pose to origional? or have each move be a gif? and should i have him stand still or move a bit like he would on the tiles?

I just wanted to say, I have macromedia fireworks, and it would take me about 1 hour to do all the animations for the whole game into animataed gifs... if ya want me to sometime ;)

hahaha, lol monkey but you are right, it is his butt. (btw you can edit and avoid a double post) the only thing I see is that his head seems to get cut off, like its flat and not round... in fact he looks kinda skinny overall, but I like the height. maybe put it on some ground? that might help looki...

Personally I like having two frames. It shows a death animation instead of a death pose. But it is important in terms of continuity to remember that the units will go from thier defend animation to their death animation. hmmm, I don't really like that beard or the eyes, well I do but I still like shadow's best =) still better than origional, especially spear.
