Time bend: his physical attack has slow. Rather overpowered, I'd say, since melee attacks are the only way to feasibly kill him - and they'd have a good chance of being reduced to half damage then... Maybe give him an alternative attack that's also ranged fire, slightly more powerful but NOT magica...

I don't know about giving him cures ... on the one hand, that's the White Mage's big thing, on the other hand, a frontline-capable healer would make an interesting variation. Should be significantly weaker damage-wise than the Royal Guard, then. Also, if you want to go with cures , Crusader might no...

But usually 2 players need more (combined) time as a single player as they need to discuss the strategy. For the 2vs1 situation: It's a team game, it originally was 2vs2, you get punished for the loss of your teammate. You cannot take over his gold, so you cannot take his time .. Wink But you could...

I've had a similar experience - 2v2 with other players rather inexperienced, my partner dropping out early, but not after messing up ;) - with the same problem, but I think a more elegant solution would be to apply the timer rules for teams, if it's a 2v2, since the problem is that one side profits ...

Reducing the White Mage's damage and upping his HP might make sense. OTOH, Mages, no matter which color, are pretty useless against drakes, since the Drakes' defenses are quite low to non-magical attacks already and you usually have ranged pierce available - with much more bang for the buck. Against...

Questions, though: 1) If the berserker hits the first time, is the attack continued? Or is the 2 strikes only for defence? 2) Would the attack sequence still run like berserk, i.e. against a fencer would it go ABABBBABABBB . . . Hmm... when I thought this up, I saw it as working only on offense - l...

A gaussian distribution is a term from statistics. Actually it may not be used in English that much, you might know it as a bell curve. It's just if you have a lot of random values (like the number of hits in wesnoth) and make a graph of how often they occur, it looks like a bell. Anyway, you're rig...
